All our products are handmade and made to order. Please allow the following processing times before dispatch:
• Personalised Baby Pins: 3–5 business days
• Custom Busy Boards: 7–14 business days
Processing time begins once your order has been placed and confirmed. During peak seasons, slight delays may occur.
2. Shipping Within Australia
We offer tracked shipping Australia-wide using Australia Post and other trusted courier services.
• Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days (depending on your location)
• Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped
• Free shipping may be offered for select promotions or order thresholds
3. International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. Delivery times and fees vary depending on the destination.
• Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days
• All international orders are shipped with tracking
• Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applicable in their country
Please note: Some countries may experience longer shipping times due to customs processes or courier delays.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
6. Delays & Lost Parcels
We are not liable for delays once an order is in the hands of the courier. If your parcel is delayed or goes missing, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
