All sales from Bespoke Baby Keepsakes are final at the time of purchase. Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Each order is carefully inspected prior to dispatch. Refunds or replacements will only be offered for items deemed faulty or defective upon assessment. In such cases, we reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.

Refund Policy – Personalised Busy Boards

All busy board orders are final upon checkout, as each board is custom-made and personalised to your specifications. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

We take great care in crafting and checking each board before it leaves our studio. Refunds or replacements will only be provided if the board is found to be faulty or damaged upon arrival.

If you receive a board with a genuine fault, please contact us at bespokebabykeepsakes@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
